Who should I bring with me?
We advise keeping numbers to a minimal and advised no more than 2 people to one customer due to the shop size. We also want your appointment to be a positive experience, focusing purely on you and finding your dream dress.  Cheerleaders welcome, but dont worry well be your hype women! If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present, so if you say yes to the dress you are able to secure is straight away!

Can I wear makeup/fake tan?
As our dresses in the shop are mainly sample, we are happy for you to wear makeup and fake tan  as it can help give an idea of the final look when picking your dress. All we ask, please ensure your hands are makeup free before touching the garment and if your struggling with straps, zip do let us help to avoid marks being made on the dress. 

What sizes can the dresses be ordered in?
​ Each style can vary in the sizes available to order, however with plenty of notice we can order from sizes UK 4 to UK 26. Our samples in the shop will vary and our job as dress specialists is to help you find the best fit without the stress or worry, we always take measurements into consideration and the fact most dresses require alterations for length or maybe for fit.

What is your price range?
Our main collection where dresses are ordered in start from £250 upwards. However our sample dresses can be purchased of the peg for a generous discount, are sample sale rail we have dresses from £50 to £250.

Do you offer payment plans?
To order from our main collection, we require a 50% deposit to secure your chosen dress, the remaining balance can be paid at the time of collection or in instalments until your collection date is agreed. Sample sale dresses must be paid in full, however we can store it for you until a later date.

Do you keep a dress diary?
Yes, we keep a list of every customers dress ordered or purchased and the Dress Devotion promise is that we will not sell the colour of your chosen dress to anyone else at your school or event. You will be surprised how different dresses can look in different colours and want to ensure everyone has an option for their special day! But don't worry we will never say who has which dress as we love keeping a surprise!

Do you offer dress rental or hire?
Sorry we do not hire our dresses. Our dresses are for purchase only. We do a have a sample rail, which dresses are sold as generous discounted prices!

Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer alterations ‘In house’ but we are always happy to provide our customers a list of recommended seamstresses in the surrounding areas.
